How Our Straging Process Works

Our process takes your property from preparation to booking-ready in just a few steps. We handle staging, setup, and listing so you can focus on ownership, not logistics.

1. Property Review

Ideally, we’ll visit your home to get a feel for the space. If that’s not possible, we can still stage it successfully using photos, blueprints, and walk-through videos — we’ve done this many times.

2. Budget & Planning

Once we understand the layout and staging needs, we’ll provide a full project budget. A 50% deposit is required before we begin ordering items.

3. Ordering & Preparation

After the deposit, we’ll order everything needed to make your property guest-ready. While deliveries are in progress, we’ll also work with you to finalize key listing details such as Wi-Fi, trash removal, and maintenance contacts.

4. Staging & Setup

When all items arrive, we’ll schedule a dedicated weekend to transform your home. With a skilled team on-site, we’ll complete the setup in just a few days. By the time we leave, your property will be fully staged and ready to welcome guests.

5. Photography & Listing

Finally, we’ll schedule professional photos and move forward with listing your property to start generating bookings.
