We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! The hot tub is drained and refilled with fresh water after each guest departure, so you can rest assured that you will be receiving a nice, clean hot tub experience upon arrival! 4. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day. 5. Please bring your own firewood for the fire-pit. Thank you! 6. There is a security camera on the exterior of the home for the safety of the property and our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home. 7.
