Please Note: 1. PET POLICY: A fee of $150 per dog needs to be paid before reservation is confirmed. Max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 fine and it is grounds for immediate removal from the home. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (we recommend you bring doggy waste bags) and in the home. 2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day. 3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. 4. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent. 5.
