After a day of exploring, unwind in the inviting living room or challenge friends to a game in the dedicated game room, complete with a pool table and foosball. Crab Alley is also conveniently close to local attractions, including boating opportunities and scenic parks. We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! No prom events/parties, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor. Thank you for your understanding. 2. This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home. 3. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day. 4. If there is snow here in the Winter, we try to maintain the road with a plow, but you will need a 4 wheel drive in the Winter if there is snow. 5.
