We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! This property does not allow pets of any kind. If evidence of an unapproved pet is located on the property, there will be a $500 non-refundable fine. 3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day fee. 4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
