Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home. 3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day. 4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. 5. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS!
