Spacious house with beautiful Chesapeake views and water access, great for a big group of families to celebrate New Year’s together. Two separate wings of the house allowed for spreading out and different members of the group to engage in different activities. Picturesque views from the large windows were peaceful and calming. Fun for kids - my 7-year old son says “there was always something to do!”

What a gem of a house! Perfect for our annual family and friend meet up. Plenty of space for kids to run around and gorgeous surroundings. We would return.

This home is BEAUTIFUL! The photos don't do it justice. We were there for a mini family reunion and the space was perfect. Lots of room to spread out or hang out together. We spent most of our time on the deck overlooking the water, in the hot tub and enjoying fire pit. Sadly for us, it was too chilly to enjoy all the water activities, but we'd love to come back in warmer weather to do so.
The hosts are extremely responsive and great to work with.
The one drawback is there's not a lot to do in the area, but it was wonderful for what we wanted - relaxing time with family in a beautiful setting.

Absolutely breathtaking views! This house was private with so much to do from inside to outside. We enjoyed the fire pit at night with a wonderful surprise of seeing a falling star and a comet. We used the kayaks during the morning to explore and take in the amazing surroundings. The house was fully equipped and well-stocked!!! Landon was extremely communicative and responded quickly. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!!!
