Security Cameras: For your safety, the home is equipped with an exterior security camera that records 24/7. There are no interior cameras. 4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these times. 5. Pool Heat: The pool is heated from November 20th through April 1st at no additional charge. Requests for pool heat outside these dates will be reviewed individually and may incur an additional fee. 6.
